Server For <=5 Work Stations
- OS: Windows 11 Pro or Higher / Server 2022
- CPU: Intel core i7 3.0 GHz. or Intel i9 3.2 GHz.
- RAM: Min. 12 GB. Recommended 16 GB.
- Drive: Min. 500 GB. Recommended 1 TB.
Server For 6-10 Work Stations

We recommend the M-S Cash Drawer.

We recommend a 1 GB. network.
USB HUB
To increase the number of available USB ports.
Credit Card Reader (MSR):
Credit Card Magnetic Stripe Reader (MSR): required for the rental security.
Ticket Printer
We recommended the Zebra ticket printer.
Internet
An internet connection is required for most support services.
UPS
We highly recommend APC Premium battery backup and surge protection for Servers and workstations.
Barcode Scanners
Wired or Wireless 2D Barcode Scanner for the gift shop and the cloud ticketing customers.
Touch screen
Touch-screen monitors may be used at the primary POS position if you and your staff find it more convenient.
Page Printer
Laser or inkjet printer for reports, and general printing, we recommend a standard page printer.
Color printers allow the printing of color photos, reports, or analysis charts.
Backup
The resort absolutely must have some reliable daily backup methods.
Please back up the “database” daily.
This might involve additional hardware or an online service for cloud backup service.
